Julie-Ann is a corporate people leader with over a decade of experience, specialising in unlocking potential within individuals, teams, and organisations. As the founder of Joy Coaching and Consulting, she is committed to helping people rediscover joy, develop their full potential, and create thriving environments where everyone feels they belong. Julie-Ann’s approach is rooted in extensive experience and continuous learning, combining strengths-based coaching with a focus on confidence and purpose.
She holds a triple-accredited Diploma in Executive Coaching, is an EMCC-accredited practitioner, holds a Level 7 CIPD in HR Management, and is an accredited Spotlight Psychometric Practitioner. Julie-Ann has received industry recognition for her innovative work in culture change, as well as her impactful contributions to diversity, belonging, and creating inclusive cultures.
She is also a volunteer coach for the Future Leaders programme with One to One Children's fund.
